Our Story
For us, wellness isn’t a trend. It’s a way of life.
Our journey together began in a gym in 1993, and more than three decades later, health and wellness are still at the center of how we live. Now in our late 50s and early 60s, we continue to train five days a week, focusing on strength, mobility, flexibility, and staying active, not simply to stay fit, but to stay strong, capable, and vibrant as we age.
Outside the gym, we’ve spent decades exploring the world of fitness, movement, and healthier living. Our experience in the health and wellness industry dates back to 1985, giving us more than 40 years of firsthand experience in a field we truly love.
Over the years, we’ve watched the wellness space evolve. We’ve tried countless products, researched new technologies, and learned that not everything marketed as “healthy” is created equal.
That experience became the inspiration for 963 Wellness.
